Founded in Milan in 2018 by master roaster Matteo Rossi and interior designer Sarah Jenkins, ÀURA was born from a shared obsession: elevating the daily coffee ritual into an unhurried sensory experience.

We partner directly with high-altitude micro-lot farmers across Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia, and Panama. Every harvest is roasted in custom cast-iron roasters to unlock delicate floral notes, vibrant acidity, and chocolate undertones—never over-roasted or rushed.

Paying 200%+ above Fair Trade minimums directly to indigenous farm cooperatives.

Master Extraction

Baristas undergo 300+ hours of sensory training before brewing on our custom Modbar rigs.
